**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager, based in Qeparo, Albania. The role involves overseeing daily accommodation operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments. Responsibilities include coordinating housekeeping and front desk activities, managing reservations and guest check-ins, supervising staff, and maintaining high service and cleanliness standards. The Operations Manager will also address guest needs, support team organization, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while ensuring a positive guest experience.


**Qualifications**

- Previous experience in hotel operations, hospitality management, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate daily operations efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of reservation systems and basic administrative tasks
- Fluency in English & Albanian (additional languages are a plus)
