Hr/Recruiter specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team! The role will handle and support all functions of the Human Resources team including but not limited to hiring & on-boarding; administration of pay, benefits, and leaves; enforcing company policies and practices in line with local Labor laws; performance management; employee relations as well
**Responsibilities**
**Include but not limited to:**
**· Recruits, interviews, and facilitates full cycle recruitment of qualified job applicants for open positions in USA, Albania, Turkey, and other offshore locations as needed.**
**· Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.**
**· Negotiates contract offers to keep company’s best interest in mind.**
**· Onboards new hires in USA, Albania, Turkey, and the company’s other offshore locations following the standards and processes of the respective location.**
**· Assist the executive management, both in Albania and US, in developing and executing workforce strategies.**
**· Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs in Albania including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.**
**· Implements and maintains the HRIS system, employee files, personnel data and records.**
**· Working under US HR department, assists with time tracking, leave tracking, and timely and accurate payroll processing.**
**· Maintaining compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations and best practices assists the US HR department in formulating and implementing policies and procedures.**
**· Assists with employee performance management and annual reviews.**
**· Keeps the US HR department in communication about all concerns or opportunities**
**· Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.**
**· Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.**
**· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.**
**· Perform additional tasks assigned by US HR, the scopes, and specifics of which shall be based on the Company’s requirements**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
- At least three years of experience in HR support and administration
- At least three years of experience in employee relations
- At least one year of experience in recruitment
- **Working EST Time Zone – 2pm/11pm Local time**
