is looking for a proactive and strategic
**HR Generalist**
to support both
**operational HR functions**
and
**executive-level decision-making**
.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top management and contribute to shaping organizational structure, culture, and people strategy.
*Key Responsability*
- Manage end-to-end
**recruitment & selection**
processes (academic & administrative roles)
- Coordinate
**onboarding & employee integration**
- Support the design and implementation of
**HR strategies**
aligned with institutional goals
- Contribute to strengthening
**organizational culture**
- Analyze and improve
**organizational structure & workforce planning**
- Provide direct HR support to the
**CEO**
on academic staff and structural matters
- Prepare reports on
**performance, HR metrics, and organizational needs**
- Coordinate internal
**HR projects and development initiatives**
- Act as a
**bridge between management and staff**
- Ensure implementation of
**HR policies & procedures**
- Support
**HR documentation and legal compliance**
- Collaborate with Finance on
**compensation & benefits**
*Profile Requirements*
- Degree in
**Human Resources, Business Administration,**
Psychology, or related field
- **3–5 years of HR experience**
, preferably with exposure to management
- Strong
**analytical and strategic thinking**
skills
- Excellent
**communication and interpersonal abilities**
- High level of
**confidentiality and professionalism**
- Knowledge of
**Albanian labor law**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English proficiency is an advantage
