We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong track record in human resources management, such as building effective recruitment processes, improving employee engagement, or leading HR initiatives that support business growth. Currently we are looking for:
HR Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
■ Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and labor laws.
■ Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal company policies.
■ Managing the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of the best candidates.
■ Supporting and guiding the full employee lifecycle in cooperation with department managers (recruitment, onboarding, annual feedback, improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and contract terminations).
■ Overseeing onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
■ Administering compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
■ Leading performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions for the HR team, while supporting the process across other departments.
■ Collaborating closely with HQ to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
■ Collaborating with leadership to develop succession planning initiatives.
■ Fostering a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and building engagement initiatives.
■ Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
■ Analyzing HR metrics and preparing reports to support business needs.
■ Contributing to the company’s growth in the local market by ensuring optimal HR processes and practices.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
■ University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
■ Advanced English skills.
■ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in an international environment.
■ Strong expertise in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
■ Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
■ Proven ability to build and maintain positive organizational culture.
■ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
■ Ability to work independently and manage a small HR team.
