Type of contract: Permanent
The HR System Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR system requirements to effectively support the HR team in daily operations, ensuring full alignment with local labor laws and company standards. The role focuses on optimizing HR data collection, analysis, and interpretation, with strong emphasis on identifying trends and generating insights to enhance HR KPIs and processes. Also, organize complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic HR initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
·
Oversee and manage HR systems to ensure employee data remains accurate, secure and regularly updated.
·
Assist the HR team in their daily activities by enhancing system processes and ensuring efficient and user-friendly functionality.
·
Guarantee that HR systems and procedures are in alignment with Albanian labor regulations, internal policies, and company standards.
·
Monitor data collection, verification, and accuracy across all HR modules (headcount, attendance, payroll input, leave and performance indicators).
·
Interpret and evaluate HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities that enhance KPIs, operational efficiency, and update HR reports, dashboards to support both operational and strategic HR activities.
·
Organize and follow up the anomalies of check in / check out of all employees.
·
Maintain strict data confidentiality, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
·
Contribute to workforce planning, audits and compliance reporting by ensuring reliable and accurate system data.
·
Support ongoing digital transformation efforts within HR and drive continuous improvement of processes.
·
Identify and mitigate risks related to HR data accuracy, system performance, and process inefficiencies.
Skills and Qualifications
·
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data management, Human Resources, or related field
·
Strong understanding of systems outputs and handling smooth data transfer for HR teams.
·
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
·
Strong organizational and time management skills.
·
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
·
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
·
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex HR data sets.
·
Knowledge of HR processes, metrics and KPIs.
·
Familiarity with systems and data structures, including data extraction and fraud.
·
Outstanding organizational skills.
·
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools and best practices.
·
Excellent communication skills to effectively present data insights.
Experience required
·
Well knowledge of understanding HR processes.
·
Proven experience in HR systems or other processes. (1 year +)
