ICT Intern/Junior Associate

The Sostenertec Group, based in Milan (IT) and Tirana (AL), specializes in turnkey apartment renovations and the installation of high-efficiency technological systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and photovoltaic). With over 20 collaborators, we support the energy transition and residential comfort through integrated solutions, technical consulting, and turnkey services. In view of expanding our team at our Tirana office, we are looking for a professional with the following main responsibilities:

- Develops and implements ERP solutions (Odoo) for websites and e-commerce, ensuring quality, stability, and performance.
- Ensures a professional look and strong UX (theme, layout, styling) in line with the brand’s visual identity.
- Builds and maintains integrations with external systems, especially Microsoft Outlook Calendar (booking/availability) and other services via API/Webhooks.
- Supports and implements integrations with AI systems (e.g., automations, classification/analysis, automatic ticket creation or workflows), ensuring processes are stable and monitorable.

**Requirements**

- Excellent knowledge of Python; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the Italian language.
- Knowledge of ODOO program is a plus
