**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, including software, hardware, and access issues.
- Troubleshoot technical problems across Windows devices, cloud services, and collaboration tools.
- Identify root causes of recurring issues and contribute to long-term preventative solutions.
- Administer user licenses and access within Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and on-prem Active Directory.
- Manage device enrollment and ensure endpoint compliance through the M365 Security Portal.
- Investigate and resolve email deliverability issues (spam, NDRs, mail flow).
- Support SharePoint administration and user access control.
- Assist with Jira and Confluence user administration.
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
**Requirements**
• 1+ years of experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar L1 role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD for access and identity management.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) from an admin perspective.
• Ability to investigate and resolve software issues and prevent recurrence.
• Experience with device setup, troubleshooting, and tracking via M365 or related tools.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to learn.
