- Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as MariaDB
- Experienced with AWS Data Services
- Familiarity with monitoring production databases and identifying performance bottlenecks, slow queries, and capacity issues
- Experience with writing SQL queries
- Understanding of data security, access control, and best practices for production database environments
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment
