**Role Description**

As an Intermodal Dispatch Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of intermodal shipments and regional transport operations. Daily tasks will include scheduling drivers, maintaining efficient communication with both customers and drivers, optimizing routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Skopje, requiring collaboration with the team and providing operational support for the seamless execution of logistics services.

**Qualifications**

- Strong skills in logistics coordination, routing, and dispatching operations
- Proficiency in maintaining communication with drivers and clients, and providing timely updates
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and optimize operational efficiency
- Experience with intermodal drayage and OTR transportation is highly preferred
- Proficiency in modern dispatch software and tools; knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience or familiarity with operations in Midwest rail ramps or regional intermodal services is beneficial
