The Role

This is a full-time on-site role in our Skopje office for a Conference Producer and we are looking for an ambitious, motivated, outgoing, and confident person to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Researching and analyzing the possibility of developing themes into commercially viable events;

· Developing conference agendas through in-depth research with leading industry experts;

· Securing relevant speakers and maintaining professional relationships with them throughout the entire conference production cycle;

· Collaborate with sales, marketing, sponsorship and operations teams with the ultimate goal of delivering a successful product and maximizing conference revenue;

· Managing the event on-site, collaborating with speakers, sponsors, and delegates to ensure the seamless delivery of the two-day conference;

· Delivering post-conference content and comprehensive market reports.

Our Requirements

· Exceptional command of written and spoken English;

· University-level education;

· Outstanding analytical skills to assess global and industry trends;

· Advanced copywriting abilities and a keen eye for detail;

· Excellent organizational and time management skills;

· Enthusiasm, willingness to learn and with a strong work ethic;

· Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
