**At Facilization, you’ll join a hands-on**

internship program
 where you’ll work on real projects within the European financial services industry. You’ll be exposed to modern technologies such as Oracle Financial Services, Database Systems and AI Driven Solutions.

This is more than just an internship, it’s a starting point. In fact, 
30 of our former interns
 are now full-time team members.

***Consultant Path***

**This track is ideal for students who enjoy**

data analysis, process optimization, understanding business needs from a functional perspective and working closely with clients and systems
.

We are looking for students who have:

- Basic knowledge of 
SQL
 and Java (joins, aggregations, queries, understanding code)
- Strong 
analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills

***Developer Path***

**This track is ideal for students who enjoy programming, building software, and solving technical challenges.**

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of 
SQL
, 
Java SE, JavaScript
- **Understanding of databases, algorithms and data structures (stacks, queues, lists)**

Nice to have (not required):

- Transact-SQL or 
Oracle PL/SQL
- Spring / Spring Boot / Java EE
- **Maven, Git**
- **REST or SOAP services**

**Who Can Apply:**

**We welcome students in their**

final semester of Bachelor’s
 or currently enrolled in 
Master’s
 degrees in:

- Business Informatics / Information Technology
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Finance with a minor in IT / Mathematics

**Selection Process:**

 A quick assessment of your problem-solving logic.
- Technical Test:
 A practical task based on your chosen track.
