IT Asset Management Analyst

We are a fast-growing international company, and we’re looking for a IT Asset Management Analyst

Our expertise lies in software asset management, vendor management and IT

cost optimization. We partner with major enterprises across Europe to help them make smarter

strategic decisions about their technology landscape.

What you will do:

•
Support or lead (depending on experience) international projects in vendor management and IT asset oversight.

•
Gather and analyse data on clients’ IT environments and contracts.

•
Advise clients on vendor selection, new software, and upgrades.

•
Help develop and implement efficient, transparent vendor management processes.

•
Work cross-functionally with a talented, supportive team.

Your background:

• Degree in Financial Management, Data Analytics, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

•
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain complex ideas simply.

•
Team players who are eager to learn, solve problems, and deliver results.

•
Fluent English.

•
For Analyst: 2+ years’ experience in vendor management/IT asset management is a plus.

•
Interest or experience in software licensing and ITIL is a bonus.

Location: Skopje

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
