**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for an IT Auditor. The IT Auditor will be responsible for planning and conducting IT audits to evaluate the effectiveness of IT systems, controls, and security measures. Daily tasks include analyzing risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, testing IT controls, and preparing reports with actionable recommendations to mitigate potential risks. The role requires ongoing collaboration with both the IT department and other cross-functional teams to enhance the Bank's technological resilience.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in IT Audit and IT Controls to assess and monitor information systems.
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying risks, assessing processes, and interpreting complex data.
- Knowledge in Information Technology and Information Security to evaluate systems and protocols efficiently.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and banking operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM are considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Tirana and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in IT auditing, preferably in the banking or financial sector, is highly beneficial.
