IT OPERATIONS MANAGER

**Profile**

Technical support professional with hands-on experience in POS installation, configuration, and first-level support.

**Key Responsibilities & Experience**

- Installation, configuration, and replacement of POS terminals
- On-site and remote technical support for merchants
- Basic network setup (LAN, SIM/GPRS, connectivity checks)
- Troubleshooting hardware and software POS issues
- Coordination with technical team for escalations
- User guidance and basic training for merchants

**Technical Skills**

- POS devices (installation & maintenance)
- Basic networking (IP, ports, connectivity)
- Windows / Android-based POS environments
- Incident reporting and ticket handling

**Education / Training**

- Technical High School or equivalent
- Relevant POS or IT support training (if applicable)

**Languages**

- English: Intermediate

**Availability**

Available for on-site installation and support activities across Albania
