**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an IT/SaaS Ops Expert (Generalist) specializing as an AI Data Trainer, with a competitive pay of up to $40/hour. Key responsibilities include managing SaaS operations, training AI datasets, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data, resolving technical issues, and optimizing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide operational support, and ensure seamless deployment and maintenance of SaaS tools and AI-related systems.


**Qualifications**


- Strong knowledge of IT operations, SaaS platforms, and system maintenance
- Experience in data analysis, AI training workflows, and ensuring data quality
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the context of SaaS or IT infrastructures
- Familiarity with machine learning models, data annotation techniques, and analytics
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven experience with collaborative tools for remote team environments
- Background in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with global teams
