**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana for a Rental Agent. The role involves assisting customers with vehicle rentals, processing rental agreements, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Rental Agent will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and vehicle availability.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on achieving Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Rental Management, including managing bookings and processes for car rentals
- Skilled in effective Communication to assist customers and resolve inquiries professionally
- Basic knowledge of the Car Rental industry and operations
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Albanian; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in using office software and booking systems
