**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Evaluator based in Tirana, Albania. The Property Evaluator will be responsible for assessing the value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, analyzing property data, preparing detailed evaluation reports, collaborating with real estate agents and clients, and staying updated on market trends and legal regulations related to property evaluations.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in conducting property site inspections and gathering detailed property data
- Strong analytical skills for property valuation and market trend analysis
- Ability to create comprehensive property evaluation reports
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Familiarity with local property laws and regulations in Albania is an advantage
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms for evaluation and report generation
- A degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in property evaluation or real estate is a plus
