**What You’ll Do**

As an IT Support Specialist (Level II), you’ll be the go-to expert for advanced technical support—handling escalated tickets, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the stability of our systems and applications.

You’ll work closely with Development teams, dive into logs, troubleshoot SQL issues, and play a key role in optimizing IT processes.

**Your Day-to-Day**

- Resolve escalated technical tickets independently
- Analyze logs and identify root causes
- Troubleshoot Portal & App-related issues
- Collaborate with developers to fix bugs
- Monitor systems and ensure performance & reliability

🎯
**What We’re Looking For**

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science (or similar)
- At least 1 year of Level II IT Support experience
- Basic knowledge of:
- Networking & firewalls
- SQL administration
- Log analysis & monitoring tools
- Portals and applications
- Strong problem-solving mindset and autonomy

**Nice to Have**

- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, Azure Fundamentals)
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Basic Italian knowledge
