We are seeking an
**Italian-speaking Application Support Specialist**
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing application support for enterprise systems, managing incidents, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide application support for Enterprise OverIT systems
- Manage and analyze tickets using Jira
- Perform data analysis on relational databases (SQL)
- Conduct application and functional troubleshooting
- Analyze system workflows and integrations
- Use GeoCall to manage field activities
- Collaborate with development teams and technical stakeholders

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- **Fluent in Italian (mandatory)**
- Experience with application support in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database analysis
- Experience with ticketing and incident management (e.g., Jira)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with GeoCall is a plus
- Good understanding of system integrations and workflows
