Junior Account Manager

**Location**
: Tirana, Kompleksi Delijorgji

**Work hours**
: 8AM – 5PM from Mon – Fri

We are looking for a
**Junior Account Manager**
to support and grow partnerships globally. This role covers the full cycle from prospecting new partners to managing and optimizing existing accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and approach new potential partners
- Manage the full sales cycle (outreach → negotiation → onboarding)
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase revenue
- Monitor performance data and optimize partnerships
- Conduct market and competitor research

**Requirements:**

- 0–2 years experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and results-driven
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, or similar
