**About the Role**

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team in Tirana (full-time, on-site). In this role, you will own and grow key partner accounts, develop strategic plans, and serve as the primary point of contact between partners and internal teams.

You’ll work closely with partners to understand their goals, launch and optimize campaigns, track performance, and ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
