**Junior BID Manager**
to support the preparation of high-quality proposals for European Institutions and other public/private clients.

✅ What you’ll do

Support the end-to-end bid process: tender analysis, planning, coordination, reviews and final submission.

Support the management of tender documentation and ensure full compliance with the Terms of Reference (administrative + technical).

Help coordinate inputs from technical teams and make sure the proposal is clear, consistent, well-structured and scoring-oriented.

Contribute to consortium building: identify and engage potential partners to strengthen technical capabilities, coordinate consortium inputs, and ensure coherence across all contributors.

Assist in the preparation of administrative documentation (forms, declarations, annexes, eligibility documents).

Assist in collecting and formatting CVs and profiles for proposals.

Support the drafting and coordination of proposal sections related to governance and resource management (delivery model, staffing approach, escalation paths, RACI, reporting, continuity, etc.).

Support quality assurance of technical answers, ensuring alignment with evaluation criteria, clarity, differentiation and overall consistency.

🎯 What we’re looking for

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree (preferred fields: IT, Engineering, also valued Business Administration, International Relations, Communications or similar — but not restrictive).

Experience

Junior: 1–2 years of experience as a
**PMO, proposal coordinator or in structured project environments**
.

Very good writing skills in English (level C1).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders (including consortium partners).

Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines — without losing structure or quality.

Nice to have:

Exposure to EU tenders/Framework Contracts.

Additional languages (French/Dutch/German…).

Familiarity with tools and methods for compliance matrices, bid libraries and structured reviews.
