**Job Description**

*Your role:*

- Daily financial reporting
- Cash handling, including reconciliation, refund processing, and updating incoming merchant and customer payments using internal tools,
**Oracle**
,
**FIS**
, and banking systems
- Resolving payment issues in close collaboration with international teams, the Product team,
**Oracle Finance**
teams, as well as Sales and Operations teams
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation for auditors and tax authorities

**Qualifications**

**Required Competencies**

- Completed professional education or studies with a focus on
**Finance, Accounting, or Payment Transactions**
- First professional experience in
**finance, accounting, bookkeeping, treasury, or banking**
is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in
**MS Office**
, especially
**Excel**
- Very good
**English skills**
, both written and spoken
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and accurate manner
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

**Additional Information**

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
