**Role Description**
The Junior Developer – Python & RPA (UiPath) role is a full-time position based in Tirana. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Python and UiPath to optimize workflows. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes for automation opportunities, creating and testing automated scripts, and providing troubleshooting and support for deployed solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation is a key part of the role.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented programming skills
- Familiarity with RPA tools, especially UiPath, and experience in automating repetitive tasks
- Ability to analyze business processes and suggest suitable automation solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), debugging, and testing
- Problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying and resolving technical challenges
- Good communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of database management systems and API integrations is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Tirana
