- **XML:**
 Understanding of XML-based data exchange and structured data.
- **System Integrations:**
 Interest or experience in how different software systems communicate.

Delivery & Way of Working

- **Translating Requirements:**
 Ability to understand business needs and turn them into working code.
- **Scalability & Maintenance:**
 Focus on writing clean, maintainable code that lasts.
- **Security & Performance:**
 Awareness of best practices regarding data quality and system speed.
- **Environments:**
 Experience (or readiness to learn) working across 
**Dev, Test, and Production**
 stages.
