***Location: Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana***

***Work Hours:*
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM**

**Operations Coordinator**

**Responsibilities:**

\* Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across teams and departments

\* Ensure smooth workflows and maintain operational efficiency

\* Track systems and processes, flagging any issues to management

\* Support the implementation of operational improvements

\* Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and management

**Requirements:**

\* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

\* Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

\* Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications:**

\* High level of English (written and spoken)

\* Advanced Excel skills

**No prior experience required — training will be provided.**
