Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a 
Junior Project Manager (Technical)
 to support our development teams and ensure smooth delivery of software projects.

You will deal with:

- Coordinating software development projects with international clients
- Creating and managing tasks in Jira (ours and client Jira boards)
- Writing clear task descriptions, acceptance criteria, and subtasks
- Translating client requirements into actionable work items for developers
- Following up on deadlines, progress, and blockers
- Attending client meetings with the Founder / Tech Lead and preparing meeting notes
- Preparing weekly project status updates and summaries
- Maintaining project documentation ( Confluence / Google Docs)
- Supporting the development team with planning, scheduling, and communication
- Ensuring clean and organized delivery workflows
- Coordinating with the tech leads to break down tasks and align priorities

Related technologies:

- Jira, or other project management systems
- Slack, Google Meet
- GitHub / BitBucket (basic familiarity)
- Confluence / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of: APIs, frontend vs backend, microservices, deployments

Desired skills:

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
- Ability to write clear documentation and structured notes
- Ability to understand basic software concepts (API, backend, frontend, database)
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders (developers, founder, clients)
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups independently
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Positive, proactive, detail-oriented attitude

Nice to have:

- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT Management, or related field
- Experience in a tech company or software projects
- Understanding of Agile processes (Scrum / Kanban)
- Familiarity with Git workflows and development pipelines
- Ability to prepare simple diagrams, flows, or requirements documents
