Junior Support Specialist

**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Support Specialist at B2Tech. The Junior Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively with clients. The role is located in Tirana, but some work from home is acceptable.

**Qualifications**

- Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience and Customer Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Sportsbook & iGaming industry is a plus
- Sports betting knowledge.
- A passion for sports is beneficial, but not required.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
