Junior Talent Sourcer(Remote)

We are now looking for a
**Talent Sourcer**
to join our dynamic internal team. If you're passionate about technology, driven by challenges, and ready to contribute to the success of the company, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates located within European time zones (CET ±-3 hours)

**What you’ll do**

- Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
- Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
- Market map and ensure TechBiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Utilize data to optimize sourcing metrics, draw insights and create action plans that support the overall Talent Acquisition strategy.

**Requirements**

- Experience in attracting talent through tools and methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray searching (Boolean strings), GitHub, events, etc. is a
**plus**
, but
**not required**
. Candidates without prior experience will receive full training.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time and are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo.
- Strong communication in English (both verbal and written).
