**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Tax Accountant located in Tirana, Albania. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting financial operations, including the preparation and maintenance of financial records, accounts reconciliation, and ledger entries. Additional tasks include assisting in monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in financial documents, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior accountants and other team members to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of financial tasks.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Ledger Maintenance
- Understanding of Tax Compliance, Auditing principles, and relevant legal requirements
- Strong skills in Data Analysis, Attention to Detail, and Problem-Solving
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities in English and Albanian
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Work experience or internship in accounting or financial roles is a plus
