**Role Description**
As a Junior Technical Support Specialist, you will support the TCCPM team in technical customer service, UI/UX quality assurance, and documentation processes. This entry-level role is designed to help you gradually grow into a more independent, technically focused position.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting AI integration in client and internal projects

• Assisting in the preparation of API documentation and technical guides

• Supporting documentation management and internal process improvements

• Assisting in UI/UX quality assurance for React-based platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile)

• Providing support for 1st-level technical customer service (API-related topics)

• Assisting with system data maintenance and sandbox preparation

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of Jira tickets and feature descriptions

• Preparing meeting documentation and internal presentations

• Supporting improvements of internal platforms and websites

• Assisting with cross-team tasks as required


**Qualifications**

**Education**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics, or a related field

**Technical Skills**
• Basic understanding of APIs and web technologies

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage

• Basic understanding of React-based platforms is a plus

• Strong analytical and structured thinking

• High attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
