**JOB OPPORTUNITY – CONSTRUCTION SITE ENGINEER (EXECUTION)**
📍 Vlorë, Albania
📌 Project: Vlora Marina
T&XH sh.p.k is expanding its team for the Vlora Marina project and is seeking a
**Construction Site Engineer (Execution)**
with experience in supervising and managing on-site construction works.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Supervise daily construction activities in accordance with execution plans
– Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
– Ensure quality control based on technical specifications and standards
– Align works with structural, architectural, and MEP designs
– Identify and report technical issues during execution
– Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
– Verify executed work quantities on site
– Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations
**Requirements**
– Degree in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 3 years of experience in construction execution
– Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
– Knowledge of site organization and quality control processes
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Based in Vlorë or nearby areas (preferred)
