**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Lawyer role at our Tirana office. The Lawyer will provide high-quality legal services, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents. Responsibilities also include advising clients on legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing clients in disputes and legal proceedings. The Lawyer will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs, while staying updated on changes in laws and business practices.


**Qualifications**


- Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, as well as legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts and documents.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in representing clients in legal disputes or court proceedings is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
- Master's degree in Law. Additional certifications are advantageous.
- Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
