Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our professional services practice. This is a senior-level role involving direct client interaction, independent matter management, and representation before courts and public authorities.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide legal advisory services to corporate and individual clients

·        Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts

·        Prepare legal opinions and conduct in-depth legal research

·        Represent clients before courts, regulators, and public authorities

·        Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations

·        Support client relationship management and coordination of legal matters

Candidate Profile

·        Law degree and licensed attorney in Albania (mandatory)

·        Strong expertise in Corporate Law and Civil Law

·        Proven experience in contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal disputes

·        Ability to manage legal matters independently and with a high level of responsibility

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent analytical and time-management capabilities

·        Fluency in Albanian and English; additional languages are an advantage

·        Previous experience in a professional services or corporate legal environment is highly valued
