**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Tirana. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, supporting sales efforts, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Assist in planning, developing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, print, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitors
- Manage and optimize content across websites, blogs, social media, and email
- Support paid advertising initiatives (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.)
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to produce promotional materials
- Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM tools, and mailing lists
- Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and tradeshows
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, email, PPC, social)
- Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
