Junior/Associate Accountant

, a leading U.S. company in the precast concrete manufacturing industry, is looking for a 
**Junior/Associate Accountant**
with focus on
**Inventory & Purchase-related transactions**
to

join our team in Tirana.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop abilities on 
*operational accounting specifically*
 on

**tracking certain stages of inventory, collaborating and coordinating daily**

**tasks with internal teams primarily to**
 ensure raw material supply chain is synchronized

and meets production requirements.

You will additionally support our operations by 
**monitoring**

**and maintaining stock levels, assisting with purchasing activities on daily**

**basis**
 and
**maintaining accurate inventory records**
including

documentation and variance analysis, when the case.

**What you’ll do:**

Work closely with 
**operations**
and 
**the accounting team to:**

• Process 
**Item builds and review for proper build costs**

• Monitor 
**Bill of Material (BOMs) and ensure item builds are at correct value**

• Monitor and track 
**inventory levels**
 to support production needs

• Issue and accurately track 
**purchasing orders and item receipts**
on a daily basis

• Consistently follow up with 
**suppliers for delivery deadlines**

• Take part in 
**inventory quality and quantity control to assure the company standards**

• Prepare and analyze I
**nventory reconciliation**
based on daily cycle counts

**What we’re looking for:**

• Degree (or final year) in 
**Finance, Business, Economics, or Supply Chain**

. Good knowledge of 
**Excel and Microsoft Office**

• Strong 
**attention to detail and organizational skills**

• Interest in 
**inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes**

• 
**English communication skills**
