**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Tirana, with opportunities for partial remote work for a UX Designer position. The UX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating prototypes, and applying design thinking methodologies to create effective solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the UX Designer will focus on enhancing user experiences through visual design and seamless usability across various AI-powered platforms.


**Qualifications**


- Proven experience with Design Thinking and User Research methodologies
- Strong skills in Visual Design and crafting user-centered User Experience (UX)
- Proficiency in building Prototypes and testing usability solutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts effectively
- Familiarity with AI solutions, technology trends, or automation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Fluency in Albanian is advantageous but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset
