**Business Consultant**

At InfoSoft Business Solutions we are seeking a highly capable Business Consultant to join our team. You will be consulting with our clients to determine their needs while proposing and improving solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate closely with clients to analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured functional and technical requirements for the development team.
- Prepare, maintain, and continuously update project documentation, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility for all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and business scenarios based on gathered requirements, and validate that proposed solutions align with business objectives and expectations.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide regular progress updates, and collect feedback to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide end-user support during the implementation of new systems or enhancements, assisting with issue resolution and facilitating smooth system adoption.
- Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to stay up to date with the latest features and innovations.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Superb problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Please note that only applicants with proven experience in ERP systems, such as Business Central or other comparable ERP platforms, will be taken into consideration. Candidates who do not have prior experience working as a Consultant in these types of systems will not be shortlisted for the first stage of the selection process.**
