We’re hiring an
**Lead Designer**
that will step out of the shadows of non-designers
**and take full control of our creative vision and the way we work.**
You will trade formulaic templates and "safe" projects for the freedom to build your own systems and set a high bar for everything we produce. This isn't just about making things look good - it's about finally having the authority to lead, experiment, and make a real impact without anyone holding your best ideas back.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

- **Defining "Brandformance":**
Owning the quality of every email, landing page, and social ad to ensure our work perfectly balances high-end brand aesthetics with measurable conversion results.
- **Architecting the Department:**
Building the engine from scratch by designing the workflows, file structures, and Figma component libraries that allow us to scale without losing quality.
- **Curating a World-Class Team:**
Partnering with leadership to hire, vet, and mentor a team of up to four designers, pushing their technical skills and sharpening their creative taste.
- **Driving Creative Evolution:**
Keeping us at the cutting edge by introducing motion design, interactive elements, and internet-native trends that keep our clients' brands feeling fresh and relevant.
- **Bridging Strategy and Craft:**
Turning high-level strategic briefs into exceptional visual stories, collaborating with our Strategists to ensure every design choice serves a clear business purpose.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related creative field is required.
- Experience in DTC & eCommerce (5+ Years), agency setting where you’ve mastered email, landing pages, and social ads.
- You have experience, or a clear instinct for building teams, establishing creative processes, and mentoring designers to help them reach their full potential.
- You have a track record of working alongside strategists and marketers to deliver creative that isn’t just beautiful, but demonstrably moves the needle on revenue.
- Expertise in building scalable frameworks and component libraries while providing the precise creative direction needed to elevate a team’s output.
- You are a power user of Figma (primary) with the ability to build scalable component libraries and frameworks that elevate a team’s output.
- You understand the technical constraints of Shopify and Klaviyo and possess an eye that stays ahead of internet-native trends.
- You combine elite typography and layout skills with a focus on conversion to produce pixel-perfect, high-performing creative.
