Legal Specialist

**Role Description**

The Legal Specialist will support the organization's legal operations by drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing expert legal advice, and addressing various legal issues. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, and providing legal consulting as needed for company projects and operations.

**Qualifications**

- Expertise in Law and Legal Issues to ensure compliance and provide sound advice.
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation for handling contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulators.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking for thoroughly reviewing legal documents and identifying potential risks.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law or a related field, with prior experience in corporate legal services or similar roles being highly desirable.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to construction and related industries is a plus.
