**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Lifeguard position located at the Albatros Beach & Resort in Durrës. The Lifeguard will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests in and around swimming and beach areas by monitoring activities, enforcing safety rules, and providing immediate response to emergencies. Daily responsibilities include performing regular water and rescue drills, maintaining lifeguard equipment, conducting pool and beach inspections, and offering guidance on safe practices to guests. Collaboration with the resort team to promote a secure and enjoyable environment is essential.

**Qualifications**

- Strong swimming skills and the ability to respond to water-related emergencies
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and lifeguarding techniques; certification is required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus for prolonged periods
- Physical fitness and endurance
- Previous lifeguard experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
