**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Specialist located in Tirana. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics operations, including inventory management, supply chain coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. This role will involve collaborating with internal departments, external vendors, and suppliers to maintain accuracy in shipments, improve logistical processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. The position also requires analyzing logistics data to inform operational decision-making and implementing process improvements where necessary.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and logistics operations
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving to improve logistics processes and address challenges
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations related to logistics and supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics management software and tools; strong MS Office skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
