**The Role:**
We're hiring a Manual QA Engineer to join a small, focused QA team. You'll report directly to our Senior QA and work across Jobsly and our other products as they move toward launch. This isn't a checkbox role. We want people who think about what could break before it does.

**What you'll actually do:**

- Execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and responsive/mobile interfaces
- Test new features and bug fixes against acceptance criteria in Linear tickets
- Log defects clearly: reproduction steps, supporting evidence, no ambiguity
- Build and maintain test case documentation and regression checklists from the ground up
- Run cross-browser and cross-device testing to catch UI inconsistencies before users do
- Support the CS team by triaging user-reported issues and identifying real product bugs
- Sign off on releases before they hit production
- Work with our Automation QA Engineer to flag candidates for automation coverage

**What we're looking for:**

- 2-4 years of manual QA experience on web applications
- Hands-on with functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Solid at writing bug reports: clear, detailed, reproducible
- Experience with defect tracking tools (Linear, Jira, or similar)
- Comfortable with responsive and cross-device testing
- You understand Agile workflows and how QA fits into a sprint cycle
- Nice to have: API testing (Postman), browser dev tools, basic HTML/CSS, accessibility testing
