**Association Wines from Macedonia (WoM)**
is an organization that unites the efforts of Macedonian wine producers and exporters, dedicated to promoting the quality and image of Macedonian wines in international markets. Founded in 2010 as a non-profit association, WoM represents the collective interests of its members, provides strategic support to the wine sector, works to increase exports, builds international recognition for Macedonian wines, and advocates for its members before the Government of North Macedonia and other relevant institutions.

The Association Wines from Macedonia is announcing a job opening for the position of 
**Marketing and Events Specialist**
.

**Main responsibilities:**

- Planning, coordination, and implementation of WoM’s participation in international trade fairs, wine shows, and promotional events (B2B and B2C).
- Organization of domestic promotional activities and events (e.g. masterclasses, networking events, press and study trips, wine shows, conferences, etc.).
- Coordination and communication with member wineries, partners, institutions, and service providers (event organizers, logistics companies, designers, PR, etc.).
- Development and implementation of annual marketing and promotion plans & budgets in line with WoM’s strategy.
- Management of WoM’s social media channels and website (content planning, copywriting, basic visual preparation, community management, and reporting).
- Preparation of promotional materials, presentations, newsletters, and other communication tools in Macedonian and English.
- Administrative support related to projects and events (offers, contracts, invoices, reports, databases, minutes from meetings).
- Support in preparation and implementation of projects financed by national and international institutions and donors.
- Monitoring of wine and market trends relevant for Macedonian wine exports and eno-gastro tourism, and proposing activities based on these insights.

**Required qualifications:**

- University degree (marketing, communications, tourism, business, or related field preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, event management, tourism, or related fields.
- Experience in organizing events (in the country and/or abroad), including coordination of multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong skills in digital marketing and social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; experience with content creation and basic analytics).
- Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Macedonian and English (other languages will be considered an advantage).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- High level of responsibility, independence in work, and attention to detail.
- Good command of MS Office & G Suite; experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe tools) will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the wine industry, agriculture, or tourism will be considered a strong plus.
