We are looking for a
**Marketing Associate**
for one of our partners.

**Marketing Associate**
, you will support our Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager in executing and optimizing marketing initiatives across paid media, email marketing, website updates, and CRM systems. This is an execution-focused role with strong exposure to performance marketing and marketing operations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately, tracked properly, and continuously improved based on data.

Work Hours: Monday–Friday |
**2:30 PM - 10:30 PM**

This role requires in-person attendance

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Track key marketing metrics (traffic, leads, conversion rate)
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Support A/B testing initiatives
- Help audit the customer journey and application flow
- Assist with keyword research and on-page optimizations
- Support landing page improvements
- Build and schedule marketing emails
- Support automation workflows and list segmentation
- Maintain CRM records and campaign data accuracy
- Monitor email performance and report on results
- Assist in managing and monitoring Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Help optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Support implementation and QA of tracking (GTM, pixels, events)
- You will work cross-functionally to ensure marketing efforts are properly tracked, measured, and continuously improved.
- May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

**Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**

- C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and Google Tag Manager
- SEO experience (technical + on-page optimization)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, HubSpot AI features) to support marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to generate, refine, and optimize marketing copy (email, social, ads, blogs, landing pages)
- Ability to write effective prompts and iterate outputs to improve quality and accuracy
- Understanding of ethical AI usage, data privacy considerations, and brand voice consistency
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
- Experience working in performance-driven environments preferred
