**About the Role**
We're not your typical agency — and this isn't your typical strategy role. We're on the frontier of AI-enabled marketing and business growth, and we're looking for a Strategist who's ready to work smarter, move faster, and actually own something.
You'll be trained in the Chloe Methodology — our proprietary strategic framework built to drive real Marketing, Sales, and Business results. You're not here to reinvent the wheel. You're here to make it spin better than anyone else. That means mastering the system, running it with precision across client accounts, and sharpening it over time with data, instinct, and a fresh perspective.
AI is part of how we work — not as a crutch, but as a tool that makes sharp people even sharper. If you're curious about what's possible when strategy meets smart technology, you'll fit right in.
**What You'll Do**
- Become the internal expert on the Chloe Methodology and own its execution across all client accounts
- Drive measurable impact across Marketing, Sales, and Business KPIs through a consistent, focused strategy
- Tune and refine the framework as you learn — your insights will shape how we evolve
- Partner with account managers to keep strategy and client goals locked in sync
- Mentor junior team members and help build a culture of strategic thinking
- Show up in client conversations with clarity, confidence, and a point of view
- Work directly with the CEO to push the methodology — and the agency — forward
**What We're Looking For**
- 2–3 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or a related field
- A systems thinker who gets energized by a proven playbook, not paralyzed without one
- Detail-oriented, consistent, and able to manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
- Basic HubSpot knowledge required (CRM, campaigns, or reporting)
- Excited about AI as an enabler — you don't fear it, you figure out how to use it well
- Strong communicator who's comfortable in front of clients
- Agency experience is a plus
