Marketing Director

We are seeking a
**highly experienced Marketing Director**
to lead the company’s overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution at an executive level. This role is designed for a senior leader with a proven track record in driving brand growth, business performance, and market expansion.

**Role Description**

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and overseeing marketing strategies, managing marketing and sales teams, conducting market research, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning. The role also involves closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals while monitoring industry trends and customer behavior.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in Marketing, Marketing Management, and Market Planning
- Strong proficiency in Market Research and understanding customer insights
- Sales experience and ability to develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth
- Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction, building materials, or furniture industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
