**Marketing Specialist**
to execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive company growth and strengthen our market presence. The Marketing Specialist plans, executes, and monitors marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote products, boost brand awareness, and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote construction projects and services
- Manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, and email marketing
- Create compelling content including project presentations, brochures, and website updates
- Coordinate marketing materials for web, social media and client presentations
- Conduct market and competitor research within the construction sector
- Support branding and visibility at industry events and exhibitions

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
