Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist based in our office in Skopje. A dynamic person filled with enthusiasm, proactiveness and a creative mind, who can support our team across various campaigns and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead product & services marketing initiatives to increase awareness, adoption, and market visibility of the services and solutions for the company and its clients as required.
- Develop and execute campaigns that strengthen brand presence and positioning in target markets.
- Create and manage marketing content.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events and industry engagements (conferences, webinars, roundtables, and networking events).
- Manage and execute end-to-end event process, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up.
- Create and manage the event marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Constantly suggest and improve the company website and other branding materials.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

**Qualifications**

- A degree in Marketing, PR or Communications and a minimum of 4 years working in the marketing field.

**Required Skills**

- Passion for Public Relations and branding image development.
- Advance knowledge in social media strategies for LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ability to quickly learn and process information.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – experienced with content writing.
- Advanced written and spoken English language.
- MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools is a must.
