**Role Description**

We are seeking a full-time Medical Sales Representative for an on-site role based in Tirana. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting medical products and solutions to healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets. The role involves providing expert product knowledge and acting as a trusted resource for clients in need of medical and pharmaceutical products.

**Qualifications**

- Proficiency in Medical Sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy industries, including regulations and products
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a medical or sales role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine, biology, or a related field is desirable
